Hi, name is Josh and I am from Lebanon TN, 30 miles east of Nashville TN. I have a wife and 2 great boys 8 and 11 that keep me busy. I coach dixie youth baseball, city league basketball, and youth football. I get to step up to the big league this year and coach my son's middle school football team. I have a 73 ford bronco in the garage that I tinker with when I have time. I have a master forge gas smoker from Lowes, had it about 6 months, and have done a few racks of ribs and chicken wings. They all turned out great. Thanks for all the tips and tricks I have read upon in the last few days. Just wanted to say Hey.
