Hello there from East Tennessee

I live in East Tennessee,I am fairly new to smoking meat...but a life long BBQer, I was taught as a child how to make what is in my opinion the best BBQ sauce anywhere.

This sauce on smoked ribs(out of this world)

I have a second hand electric stand up barrel type smoker,and I love it.

My wife of 19 years won't have nothing to do with anything smoked,But she does say that I make the best steaks on the grill,that she has ever tasted.
