Hello SMF

I'm sorry to say that I finally joined SMF. I've been subscribed to Jeff's newsletter for awhile and using his great rub recipe. But, i only just now joined the forum - how sad of me right?

I'm from NE Oklahoma (Salina / Pryor area), and I've been smoking for a little over a year now with a small "Oklahoma Joe's" smoker. I'm hoping to upgrade to something bigger and better, but it's just not in the finances yet.
