I am using CharBroil electric smoker for first time with "Smart" tech. My daughter accidentally unplugged right after my chip burn completed and I added meat. Now it's making me start over with another hour chip burn. Any way I can skip and go straight to cook?? There's no smoke and I'm worried meat will be ruined

Welcome to the site!  I'm not familiar with a "chip burn" but if the smokers making heat, smoke on.  Sorry so late with any help.

Sorry, just logged on for the first time today. Hopefully you went ahead and cooked, chip burn or not. I don't know what "smart tech" is, but when I see those two words together I cringe...
