Hello - Newbie here so be gentle!

  1. Hi all.  I have never smoked meat in my life but I need to learn and quick.  It's getting near summer, and I'd like to serve some good self smoked meat in my restaurant this summer.  Anyone willing to help me get started.  My goal is to have the best smoked meat in the area.  Nice to meet ya!

    There are several Chefs here and will give you some advice.  Also...read...ask questions and everyone will pitch in and help out!
