Hello I'm a new member. I've been competing in kcbs and other bbq comps. for about 2 years. I have 2 UDS's and a weber 22.5 kettle. I found that a needed more surface room to spead out my ribs so i'm starting a smoker build which a wanted to get some feed back on. I enjoy cooking and its really fun to make something yourself that cooks great food.
