A couple of my firsts smokes on my YS640. 3-2-1 method on ribs. 16 hours on pulled pork. Both turned our delightful.

Also did a venison ternderloin - brined, rub, bacon wrapped and rub again. low and slow and it was enjoyed by all at my family Christmas meal. Even those who were a bit intimidated by venison loved it
