I'm Moochey!  I just got a Master Built Electric Smoker and tried it once with good results.  I'm looking to pick up pointers and tips from others with more experiences and recipes.  I'll gladly share any I might have.  I'm in Batesville, MS and am very new to smoking.  I appreciate this forum.
