Hello it has been 10 years since I logged on but my heart has always been in smoking meat. This is ECTO1: OTBS #237 10 years ago work moved me and between family issues and long work days I just have not been online as much as I wanted. For those of you if there are any that remember me I really missed this community. It really hit me when some of my friends from this forum passed. This group was like family in the 2000's. I use to love to make YouTube video's and helping people on this forum. Well my last kid at home is a Senior in High School now and my wife and I just bought a new home so I am getting back into the smoking game. I never really left the I no longer use a UDS but I still believe they are the best smokers for the $$$ hands down. I hope I am welcomed back and I am sorry life got in the way.

It is good to be back not much has changed except now I am a grandpa and my goatee is gray.
