My name's JJ and I found this site when I first got an old-school, off-set smoker several years ago. I wanted to smoke a brisket and this is where I found the instructions that I'd end up using that fateful night. :) Since then, I've enjoyed getting Jeff's newsletters every month and have incorporated his methods into my own smoking. My wife bought me a Bradley for our anniversary a couple years ago (just like the one Jeff just reviewed) and I've been loving it. (Hickory & Cherry are killer.)
I live in the Dallas area, have a wife & 3 kids, love our local sports teams, love to cook great food & drink great beer. (And by "great" I just mean cold.) I'm happy to be here.
