Just wanted to say Hey to everyone! I am brand new to this forum, heard about it from the smokin-it forum they raved about the rub recipes so I logged on and bought them and now joined the forum. I am not new to smoking fish but new to smoking everything else. I have a Smokin-it #3 and just ordered the Auber PID to keep the temperature range tighter. Looking forward to doing some ribs and pork butt for pulled pork so will be searching the forum and taking suggestions. Palm tree guru comes from my years in St Petersburg Florida selling palm trees but I was born and bred in Wisconsin and live here again (call me crazy)!
