I am new to the forum. I was introduced to the site by a friend of mine that has really enjoyed all the posts. I got serious about smoking meats about 3 years ago. I enjoy trying new meats and methods. It is cool to have a place to come talk about anything that has to do with smoking and curing meat. For Thanksgiving tomorrow, we will be smoking a turkey, couple of pork butts and salmon (first time trying this). Happy Thankgiving to all of you.
