Hi- I'm Stephanie. I'm here because every time I put in a search for anything smoker related, you guys pop up! My husband recently came home from a Cabella's expedition with an electric smoker. (Mastercraft). We've had it for a week now and only been brave enough to try a couple racks of ribs. (Turned out OK, nothing to shout about.) I think we're overwhelmed!
