Hello from western Montana

Hi Just found this forum it looks to be a great place to exchange ideas and recipes. Hope spring gets here soon it snowed again today.

We have a cattle ranch and during the summer we catch lots of fish, in the fall lots of wild bird and big game meat to cook and smoke.

just purchased my first pellet grill so this is a little bit of a new concept to learn and enjoy.
