Hello everyone. My name is Toby and I live in southwest VA. I have owned a Oklahoma Joe Highland smoker for a couple months now but I am really just getting around to doing some smoking with it. I dont have a lot of experience smoking food so I am looking forward to info that I can obtain for the forum.Thanks
