Hello All,

I've been lurking here for a few weeks just looking at everyones recipes. I usually smoke on a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. I really only have experience with flat briskets but this weekend I will branching off to baby back ribs! I am military so as of now I'm in Utah but will be moving soon to the U.K. I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone and smoking good food!

Welcome to SMF!

First of all thank you for you're service!

Good luck on the baby backs this weekend post some pics and let us know how they turn out!

Welcome to the forum, and yes...thank you for your service. BB should be a breeze compared to a flat.

Welcome! I too am branching out to try some St. Louis Style Ribs tomorrow. Dont forget to post pics!

Like the other I welcome you here and thank you for serving. It may not seem like a big thing to you but for the rest of us your sacrifice is priceless. For the baby backs I say just to 2-2-1 and you can't miss. I prefer spare ribs/St Louis ribs myself so I use the 3-2-1 method but it is literally foolproof. My ribs of late have been the best I've ever made. I found this technique right here at SMF. Works with any rub or any sauce combo. I look forward to seeing your posts.
