I'm Barry, I turned 40 this year, and have been tolerated by my bride for 22 yrs. now. We have three children, and two grands with one on the way. A great passion I have is cooking, and over the last few years has been smoked foods. I love to see people enjoy things I have prepared and take pride in doing it right. I have an Old Country Smoker that I bought three years ago, and I am hard core wood only and NO chemical starters (that mess tastes awful). I have many recipes that I will share since I don't do competitions. and look forward to all the more I can learn.
