Hello everyone. The wife gave me gave me an MES two weeks ago (early Father’s Day present) and with a ton of research from here, I’ve managed do a pretty good job smoking; a tri-tip, wings (came out dry), and a picnic shoulder. Anyway, to those that share advice and recipes, thank you! Looking forward to learning more.

Yep. Luckily, me being south of you, the smoke hasn't too bad most days as long as the wind is blowing from the WSW. I sure hope they get a handle on the fire. Though the weatther isn't helping much right now.

Yes fires are really bad this year, come on MONSOONS!

Dewpoint is still pretty low so everyone cross your fingers and toes.
