Im new to smoking, but love to grill. Just foundt your site. Am learning alot.  Just bought a 40" Masterbuilt G2 Smoker.  Hope to break it in soon.

Welcome Herbie! When I read Hello from the Wiregrass", I had to see where you are located. I'm in the wiregrass too, but in SW Georgia...God's country! You will love this forum, it's a friendly community.
