Good morning guys,
I live in Manchester, UK and have been smoking meat since I bought my own place and got my first BBQ about 15 years ago. Absolutely love it!
Currently using a 57cm Weber kettle alongside a Weber go anywhere (used for grilling duties). When space permits, I'd like to add a WSM and an Uuni3 to the collection.
