Hi all. New to the forums. I just picked up a propane/charcoal Masterbuilt 2-door smoker from Home Depot this weekend. I've done a bit of smoking on my Weber propane grill, but that's always fun trying to regulate the temp and getting a good smoke is a challenge. I've really caught the smoking bug as neighbors do friendly BBQ cookoffs during the summer and I really want to up my game. Not to mention I love meat and have really become hooked on BBQ Pitmasters. Looking forward to getting some tricks of trade and great tips, and hoping to share my smokes with everyone!
