Hello all.  My name is Jeromy.  I've only been smoking for two years.  I have a Masterbuilt Two-Door propane smoker.  I don't have as much time to smoke as I'd like but I do love it.  Brisket is my favorite cut to smoke.  I'm eager to start working on pork roasts and ribs in the near future.  Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be in your forums.
