Hello, all. I'm Jeff, I'm just starting to experiment with barbecue; my skill level is "I've cooked one brisket once, and it was pretty good." Welcome Will...Does your Apt complex allow Electric Grills and Smokers? I just moved to an Apt and being on the 2nd floor, Electric is the only option. 1st floor residents can Burn anything but Garbage in a Grill or Smoker...JJ
