Hello everyone! I'm an Indiana resident and I live halfway between Illinois and Ohio, just 5 minutes south of the Michigan border. Yesterday I purchased my first smoker, the Masterbuilt 40" Signature Series Digital Electric Smoker. I plan on smoking quite a few pork butts, beef brisket, shrimp, sausages, jerky, etc. Any advice or tips/tricks pertaining to my smoker would be appreciated. Thanks and happy smokin'!
