Hello from the Great White North

Hello all. I am from Wisconsin and have a couple years of smoking under my belt.

I started with a charcoal smoker but after a couple of years I switched over to a MasterBuilt 30" electric.

My next smoker project is to attach a vent to my smokerso I can use the smoker in the garage.
