Hello all,
I've been trolling these forums for quite some time, learning how to control my Char-Grill Duo COS. I've put a few of the recommended mods on my cooker and have, thru the help of these forums, made some amazing Q with it. I felt it was time to stop lurking in the smoke and introduce myself. My name is Ryan aka SFBbbq. I work in communications, am a father of 3 and enjoy the long hours tending to the SFB on my cooker. Every time I cook I learn something new and every time I need help this is the first place I come. Thank you all for bringing a plethora of collective knowledge to one place.
