Hello from Texas!

Names Mike and I'm from the Houston area.  Been grilling and BBQing for quite some time now.

I have a OKJ Longhorn pit.  I have used it about 7 times over the past year. I use lump hardwood coal with pieces of either Mesquite, Hickory or Pecan.

I have just made a coal basket and have ordered sealant and lavalock gaskets.

Looking to do a few more Mods to it.
