Hello from Tennessee

Hello, I'm from just north of Knoxville Tennesee. I've been doing a little smoking over the last year. I've got a couple of smokers. The first one was a cheap electric smoker, and yesterday I got a Kenmore gas smoker from Sears. I haven't had the chance to try the Kenmore yet, but the electric smoker did a decent job.

I probably won't have a lot to contribute until I get better at this, but I'll be doing lots of reading here.

Great people...lots of knowledge and some real world class smokers here. No I am not one of them! Some super smart folk here.
