New guy here soaking up the tremendous amount of information so freely shared on this forum. I am new so I am sure I will ask a lot of dumb questions that have been asked a thousand times before. I don't have much experience smoking and what I have done has been on cheap, crap smokers. I plan to build a UDS and that will be my first thread.

I'm new to smoking meats too. Glad to have a place like this to come to. I'm not building anything, but I purchased a Chargriller Model 9020 with pellets and I love what I've learned so far. Don't know if I'd ever build one but I've taken this thing completely apart and back together for I had to replace a warranty part in it. I'd say I did ok for a 60 year young woman. Lol..
