Hello. I'm Alex and I currently live in southern Florida. In the military, so I move around regularly. Just bought my first smoker (Masterbuilt Pro Dual Fuel), and have already enjoyed some Mahi I smoked the other night. Very interested in smoking anything I catch or kill. Always with a beer in hand.
