Hello from Southwestern Idaho!

Hi!

Name's Tim, and I'm from the great potato state of Idaho.

I've got a gas grill that I use for smoking.

Nothing fancy, just a simple set up but it works for now.

I wouldn't mind building my own grill, but want to see some simple plans that don't cost a lot to complete.

I'm all about trading recipes and I love to learn.

I've done some smoking before, but as I'm just getting into it again, I'm starting from square one.

So, feel free to share tips, ideas, thoughts, you name it.  You'll find I'm a willing learner.
