I’m Greg. I live in Southwest Idaho. I just purchased a MES 30 smoker with the window. I was heading a different way but…I changed my mind. My decision was based in large part off the recommendations I have read on this site. So for that, thanks!
This is not my first smoker, I also own a very simple smoker and my success was limited. So I gave up. But, in the last couple of years, I was introduced to a local restaurant that specializes in smoked food. After every time I ate there, I kept telling my wife, if they can do that, so can I…I kept swearing that I was going to purchase a better smoker…
The smoker is seasoned and I have smoked a store bought kielbasa it turned out good and…well…smoky.
Next stop??? Wild Duck??? Ham??? And if the cat doesn’t stop bugging me…
I have received the five, (5) day e-course and purchased Jeff’s recipes for the rub and the sauce. I will be making those tonight.
