I am a newbie to smoking. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain Grill and having fun experimenting and learning. Look forward to learning from tips on the forum!

Have smoked pork butts and chicken thighs, haven't worked up the nerve for brisket yet...some day soon! [emoji]9786[/emoji]️.
