Hey everyone! I just signed up and wanted to introduce myself. I use a slightly modified Mr. Meat Smoker, just added some holes, a real thermometer and a grate on the charcoal pan. I have smoked ribs, brisket, chicken, salmon and pork on it. It is hard to maintain the temp, but it was free! I am saving for a Big Green Egg in the future!
