Hi everyone. I just found this forum and have been doing some reading, thought it was time to join!
I've been smoking meats for many years and use a weber grill, an offset barrel, a propane vertical smoker, a large fuel barrel smoker and I just purchased an electric smoker to try smoking fish.
My wife and I have done several rib contests. We mostly smoke pork and wild game with the occasional beef brisket.
I look forward to learning and contributing to the forum.
