Hello from South Dakota

Hello and thanks to everyone for all the great info on this site. I bought a mes 30 last Christmas so we could have ribs for Christmas eve dinner. My decision to buy the mes came from info I found on this site and I have been very happy with it. I find myself looking at the forums here almost daily. You know you have a problem when every metal tank you see makes you think, that would make a nice smoker. My wife made the comment the other day when we were grocery shopping that she feels like a smoker widow because every time we go grocery shopping I abandon her and head for the meat department to look for my next smoking adventure.
