Hello lads , been on this site for well over a year . Lurking . Checking out tips on smokers . I would like to purchase an electric smoker . I had a Char-Broil charcoal cheapo smoker . Won it in a raffle . Prepared a brisket at the VFW during the Super Bowl over 4 years ago , came out ok . Went back 3 days after the game , smoker seemed to grow legs and left the VFW . Bastards .

Happy to be here, just cracked open a Stone Ruination IPA and about to watch the Blackhawks and Kings in a bit

I will pull the trigger on an electric smoker next Friday night . Something with high wattage .

This apprentice will take all advice on gear / smokers and cooking all types of smoked meat .
