Hello from Seattle

I've been smoking since 2005, I've owned a few Brinkman products bought from Walmart.  The electric bullet, 2 charcoal bullets and the vertical box smoker.  I've gotten rid of them in various way for various reasons over the years.  2 weeks ago I took the plunge and bought a real smoker, the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker.  Man it's almost like night and day!  First cook went fairly well, especially the brisket.  It was like magic in my mouth!

I'm looking to step my game up, be more consistent, and start entering competitions and then on to future endeavors :)
