Hello from SE Michigan!

Hello all, came across this forum while surfin the web and I am excited to learn the art of smoking. Just received a Masterbuit 30" electric digital smoker from my sons for Christmas and can't wait to try it out.

I think my main smoker interest will be jerky, cheese as well as using it as a smoker/cooking for things like turkey and ribs.
