I found the site quite awhile ago. Been tring to decided weather or not to pull the triger on a smoker. Well I did  yesterday, bought the new Masterbuilt 40inch at Bass Pro. Nearly got the 2011 by mistake. Good thing I was reading at this site. I a home picked m fairly new at this, long ago use to have a brinkman water smoker. I went to Sams on the way home picked up a couple of chickens and pork butts. Did a chicken today, was perty good, but i think to much apple smoke. I will be looking for help!
