Hello ! Great forum you all have here. I have been smoking Summer Sausage for about 20 years now out of the 20 pound Sausage Maker Smoker... Also use water smokers for smoking turkeys, chickens and ribs. Now I have a new Bradley Original Smoker still in the box, but will be breaking it in this weekend. Really enjoy reading all the great info here. Most likely will be getting the PID many of you have been talking about, as I really like making SS and snack sticks.
