Hi,

My name is Jack and I have been smoking for two years now. Just really finding my own way with some entry level smoker investments. I just upgraded to a Horizon Classic 16" and immediately wish I had gone for a 20! I enjoy smoking ribs and briskett. Did my first Boston Butt a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the welcome. Smoking something different tonight. Going to a wine tasting at the home of the guy who got me hooked on smoking. I think he was trying to stump me when he assigned chicken tenders on the what I could bring list.

Tenders are brined and rubbed and waiting to go on the smoker an hour before we leave.
