Hi to all I am a beginner to smoking, I have a Masterbuilt Electric smoker which I am very happy with.

I have made a few attempts with pork shoulder and legs with reasonable success but am looking forward to learning more from the experienced people on this forum.

Most of what I have  learnt to date is from reading of other peoples experiences and am looking forward to reading more and learning more.

I am also keen on sausage making.
