Been grilling for over 10 years, smoking for the last couple.  I use a WSM 14", and a MES 30.  I've been reading the forums for a while, and figured I'd join up.  One thing I find interesting is how so many folks on this forum and others feel that Mesquite is too strong.  I happen to love it, and have gotten pretty bold with it recently.  To each his own though.  

Lets go Bucs/Pens/Steelers!

Welcome to the forum!  I've never used Mesquite, but have heard that it is quite strong.  Good to know that I don't have to fear the flavor!  Glad you joined us.

Welcome to the Forum and I love mesquite.   Use it for most everything.
