Newbie well sort of to smoking have been smoking off and on for quite a while but was just basic, Chicken, Fish and think I remember doing a pork loin back in the day, was way more into grilling.
Had a small charcoal unit thinking weber then a similar unit that was electric but now wifey got me a new Masterbilt dual fuel for Christmas and using the hell out of it and enjoying it, (With the exception of the Rib Eye Steaks).
Have been lurking and reading the posts and now I'm hooked on smoke again.
Seems like a lot of good people here and have enjoyed hanging around so now time to step up and be more active.
