Hello everybody. I've lived in Pennsylvania most of my life but travel around pretty frequently. I'm new to smoking. It seems that as I search for information this forum keeps coming up so I figured it's probably a good idea to join so I can ask questions directly. I wanted to start out cheap and simple until I really figure out what I'm doing and what I need out of a quality smoker. My setup is MES 30 ans an AMZNTS 12". I'm still awaiting delivery of both items. Hopefully this weekend I will have them and be able to fabricate a holder for the tube and a shield above it.
