Here from Muskogee, Oklahoma not far from where Jeff hangs his hat. I've been smoking for only a year or so but I've been cooking outdoors since being my daddy's helper when camping as a kid. I've done most every type of outdoor cooking from wrapping bacon on a willow stick to full meals with the Boy scouts. I still like to learn new techniques and recipies, and totally believe anything cooked outdoors is better tasting than anything the fanciest restaurant could fix.
