Name is Zach from Ohio - have always had a passion for food and been interested in a smoker for quite a while but never used, so certainly a beginner but very excited. Have a Mastebuilt electric 30" digital smoker. Ready to get started - any tips/ideas/suggestions/advice? Thank you!
