My name is Denny from Reynoldsburg Ohio I just bought a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 40 electric smoker 2 weeks ago.

I smoked some country ribs and bone-in chicken breasts last weekend, they came out great

Right now in the smoker are 20 bone-in chicken thighs and raw store bought beer brats

Here are the  Chicken Thighs and Beer Brats

Smoked the chicken thighs with cherry wood 2 hours at 175 with internal temp of 160 wrapped in foil back on for 1 hour then slathered with Baby Rays sauce and finished on grill for 5 minutes

Kept the raw beer brats in the smoker the whole time they were good but over done

Everything cleaned up very easy MES 40 digital
