Hi everyone. I'm new here and I hope to learn more about smoking wild game and fish. I have an electric Masterbuilt dome style smoker hoping to upgrade as I learn.
As you see I'm from northern Ohio love to hunt and fish looking forward to talking to you all. Recently on a trip to Georgia I got a wild boar. I'll be asking questions how to smoke the hams and more.
